4-0!
Dacula Falcons Make Duluth Wildcats Whimper, 24-6
Week 1: Dacula Falcons 26, Brookwood Broncos 0
Week 2: Dacula Falcons 32, Collins Hill Eagles 0
Week 3: Dacula Falcons 31, Grayson Rams 6
The Duluth Wildcats came into this game having lost only 1-game the past 2-years. After the Falcons got through with them, Duluth now has 2-losses.
Duluth came in as a big, physical team and primed to steal a win from the Falcons. After a quick three and out to open the game for Duluth, the Falcons took over on offense. On the Falcons first offensive play, they scored on a 40 yard touchdown run.
The defenses for each team took over the game for the remainder of the first half. Near the end of the first half the Falcons drove to the 9 yard line where they stalled on a 4th and Goal conversion. Two plays into the Duluth possesion, the Falcons Defense chased the Duluth ballcarrier into the endzone and stripped him of the ball for a Falcons touchdown.
The Wildcats only points of the day came when they stripped the Falcons 2nd-string ball carrier and returned the ball for a TD.
Trey had a much better game today. He got in as a defensive tackle and maintained his gaps. On offense, Trey didn't let the defender pass him and recorded his first pancake of the season.
