CONGRATULATIONS
MEGHAN and LANCE
June 19, 2009

Lance and Meghan at the Reception

O.K., I take full responsibility for being lazy and offering no updates with content. There are no excuse, so I'm not even going to try...even though it's tempting.

As you can see the BIG news of the summer was Meghan and Lance's special day. June 19th was truly a special day. We all descended on the Sheraton in Chagrin Falls, OH and had a great couple of Days. Trey, Isaac, and Gretchen were all in the wedding party and definetely looked the part. Meghan and Lance took care of all the details and the day ended much too quickly.

Though that was by far the biggest news of the summer, it wasn't our only news. The boys were done with school on May 20th and by the 27th, Mary and the kids were on their way to Ohio. Once Mary and the kids arrived, Isaac was treated to some Ice Cream Cake for a quick Birthday party. Aunt Meghan, Uncle Lance and Margaret were able to join in on some birthday fun. Isaac got Mario Kart for the Wii and an extra steering wheel that would soon translate to hours of entertainment. Luckily Mary was able to get to Ohio in time for Meghan's Bacholerette Party at Maggiano's which was held later in the week.

After the first week in June, I was able to join everyone in Cleveland and spend some time with the family before heading off to work.

Grandma, Grandpa, Margaret and the Gang spent the day at the Cleveland Zoo. It was a beautiful day and we all really enjoyed ourselves. We even had the opportunity to walk through the dinosaur exhibit and the rain forest. In the picture above, you can see a dinosaur ready to take a bite out of Trey.
